More than half of us are fooling ourselves that we eat and drink healthily and as a result, suffering fatigue and bad moods


Men and women aged from 25 to 54 in ‘moderate distress’ were significantly more likely to be consuming considerably less than the recommended number of portions of fruit and vegetables. All of those who admitted they ate the wrong foods were in ‘moderate or severe distress.’

Living a healthy lifestyle is associated with helping us to feel good. Eating a balanced diet, drinking enough fluid such as tea (which also contains antioxidants); limiting our alcohol intake; taking physical activity; and having a good balance between work and leisure is linked with an increased sense of well being
